Originally from Australia, Joanne moved to the Bay Area in 1997 and has lived in Marin, San Francisco and San Mateo Ccounties. Upon graduating from the University of Berkeley in 2007, Joanne obtained her California real estate license and began her career focusing on bank owned properties. Having closed over 200 transactions in that time, Joanne has a broad knowledge of the Bay Area real estate market and all aspects of the real estate transaction.

I'm excited to announce that Realtor Pamela Theroux is the newest addition to our modern family!
Pam comes to us from another local real estate brokerage firm, where she was a successful Realtor assisting both buyer and seller clients with their residential real estate needs throughout Marin & Sonoma Counties.
In addition to being a licensed Realtor since 2005, Pam has a strong background in education as well as the legal profession. She is a Real Estate Collaborative specialist in divorce (RCS-DTM) which allows her to combine her love of real estate, law and interest in helping those going thru difficult life transitions.

Don't Miss it! The West End Neighborhood celebrates National Neighborhood Day each year with a Block Party on the shortest street in the West End....Neame. All West Enders are invited to join in. Its fun for the young, old and those in-between. There will be live music with Bobby Bradford playing the banjolin along with fellow musicians on guitar and fiddle. The kids will stay busy with the Sponge Bob Jumpee House, a crafts table and Lego's corner compliments of West End neighbor Tim Bowen, owner of Play-Well TEKnologies. Yesterday several members of our modern real estate team took a fun break from our normal Bay Area real estate activities to pay a visit to the Sunset Magazine's 2012 Idea House in Healdsburg which was a modern prefab home designed by Architect Michelle Kaufmann and built by Blu Homes.
It was a fun event that was well attended by several members of our Marin Modern, East Bay Modern and San Francisco Modern Real Estate Team. We chartered a shuttle bus, toured the home together and had a fun team lunch in Healdsburg.
